Vases are beautiful but Customer Service is not helpful.

I purchased 12 Eiffel Tower vases on 04/24/2025.
3 have a chip and disfiguration. Look like they might have been used or returned. I’ve tried reaching out several times to exchange because I really like them but have not received a response.
What makes it hard for me to purchase again from a seller is their lack of customer service. If you don’t try to make things right, why should I purchase anything else from you.

I received the items on 12/27. The delivery was timely. However, 2 of the 12 vases were broken and useable. I have reached out twice for resolution but have yet to hear back from LaCrafts. Thanks Lynne
