We ship from Commerce, CA and we can ship to the following locations:

We cannot ship to:
- Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands
(We apologize but our carrier does not allow us to ship to these locations)

*Please note, the above shipping options times are time in transit only, they do not include our processing times which may be between 1-2 business days. If you require a package for an exact date, please contact our customer service team to make sure you can receive your order by your required date.
No restocking fees. No cancellations fees.
Unused, unopened, or defective/damaged merchandise may be returned for any reason. Claims for returns of unused, unopened, or defective/damaged merchandise must be made within 30 days of when the customer has received the order.
Damaged in shipment product claims will be filed with the freight carrier responsible for the damage. Please do not discard anything from the damaged order until the claim is complete. During the claim process we will ask if you would like a refund or a reshipment of the damaged item(s). 
Please contact us via phone, email, or live chat for returns. Once approved for a return, you will be given a RMA # (return material authorization number) that you will affix either to the outside of the box or clearly inside the box. does not reimburse for return shipping.
