Didn’t receive full order. Cannot reach them by phone

Didn’t receive full order. Cannot reach them by phone None available on website. Sent message on website and facebook messenger and nothing. We need our money back or rest of order sent ASAP. Party is last week in September. Ordered 2 sets ofpurple figurines that come in set of 12 so that should be 24 total. I just received 2 figurines. If i could give a zero star i would.
