We offer a wonderful free shipping service. There are some requirements to obtain free shipping. Please see below:

1. A minimum product purchase of $99 must be made. If you purchase $99 worth of qualifying products, you will automatically be given the option for free shipping at checkout.

2. Some items do not quality for free shipping. When you are on product page, items showing the free shipping icon qualify for free shipping. 98% of our products do quality for free shipping. If you see the icon below on a product page, it qualifies for free shipping.

3. Free Shipping only qualifies for economy shipping. Economy shipping takes 3-7 days in transit, plus 1-2 days to process totalling 4-9 business days.

4. Shipping is excluded from All International Orders, AK, HI and PR. We apologize.

5. Tip: If there is one or more items in your cart that does not qualify for free shipping, your whole order will not qualify for free shipping. It would be a good idea to remove this product so you can get free shipping on that order, then place a new order with the item(s) that do not qualify. You may be able to save money on shipping in this manner.

Time Frames

In-stock orders usually take same day to 1 business days to fill. Larger sized orders may take longer. If items are out of stock, it can take from 1-5 business days to restock items. Once restocked, your order will ship immediately. If we cannot restock out of stock items from your order we may contact you to determine which course of action you would like to pursue (exchange for another item, ship without, cancel order).

Once your order has been shipped, time in transit can range from 1-8 business days depending on your location and/or shipping method you choose. Locations closer to our warehouse (Commerce, CA) will receive orders sooner than those further away.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to track our package. If you do not receive a tracking number, you may contact us for one. Before doing so, please check your junk/bulk mail folders first. You can also alternatively log in to your account to access your tracking information.

No restocking fees. No cancellations fees.

Unused, unopened, or defective/damaged merchandise may be returned for any reason. Claims for returns of unused, unopened, or defective/damaged merchandise must be made within 30 days of when the customer has received the order.

Damaged claims will usually need to be investigated. A claim will be filed with the freight carrier responsible for the damage. This process usually takes about two weeks to complete. In the meantime, we will ask whether you would like a credit or a reshipment. You will not be responsible for freight charges for re-shipments. Please do not discard anything from the damaged order. The freight carrier in which the claim will be filed against retains the right to inspect the package and will likely do so.

Please contact us via phone, email, or live chat for returns. Once approved for a return, you will be given a RMA # (return material authorization number) that you will affix either to the outside of the box or clearly inside the box.

We do not reimburse shipping charges. Return shipments are sent back at your own discretion. Please ship returns back with at least the same level of care and packaging that we shipped the items to you in. You may use any freight carrier you wish but we recommend you use the carrier that would be most affordable to you. We highly advise that you attain tracking information for your return package so that we may verify the package has been received at our location.

For credit card refunds, will only credit back the original credit card used in the purchase.

Returning Items to our Store

You can return your order to our location. Please make sure to bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase. A valid identification card (e.g. drivers license) is required to process all returns and exchanges.
