I made a few purchases from this company and my friend also made some purchsae on my behalf,and im telling you if every merchant could be half as efficient and professional as those folks are shopping as we know it would have been a breeze. Some products were ordered from downtowncrafts.com and was shipped to Florida because they dont ship to the Virgin Islands. I had to go to there anyway so when i got there I noticed that there was a mixup with the colour of some items;I notified them,and in a few days the replacements were there. The person that I spoke to was very professional; I have never experience such service online. By the way the products are just as they seemed online, so to them I say TWO THUMBS UP.
