At LAcrafts.com we try to make ourselves as reachable as possible for any questions or concerns you may have. In order to do so, we offer 5 methods of contacting us:

- We are able to take your calls from 10:30am–5:00pm PST from Monday–Saturday.
- If inquiring about an order, please have order number ready with other relevant information (name, address, phone number).
- We do not check messages on the machine so please do not leave us a message. Try calling us back during normal business hours if we cannot be reached.

- We have a very quick email response time. All emails are responded to within 24 hours. Many times we respond within the hour.
- If inquiring about an order, please include your order number and other relevant information (name, address, phone number).
- By Live Chat (if available):
- Our Live Chat service is here to assist you in real time. Please chat with us. This service is generally available from 10:30am–5:00pm PST from Monday–Saturday and sporadically at other times depending on agent availability. If service is not available, it will usually ask you to leave us a message at which time we will get back to you as soon as possible.
